Tribeca Technology are an IT Service Provider, based across the UK, America and Asia. you’ll be supporting small businesses in the Financial Services sector, such as hedge funds and family offices. They understand IT is an investment, and value your input. You can work on up-to-date technology, learn more and have the potential to further your career. 

You’ll be responsible for: 

• Escalations from the helpdesk 
• Troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues for our client base

You will be troubleshooting and configuring: 

• switches 
• routers 
• firewalls 
• SANs 
• LANs 
• Exchange and 365 
• Windows OS 
• VMware & vShpere servers 
• VOIP phones 

We promise there will be plenty of opportunities to learn, and our internal trainer will fill in any gaps that you may have, to ensure you reach your full potential.

You will have regular one to ones with your manager, where you can discuss objectives, and hard work will be rewarded with chances to move up within the company. 

To qualify for this position you will need a strong exposure to desktop support; specifically around Windows, Office applications and Active Directory.

You will be based out of a private office in the WeWork Times Square location. There will be some travel between client sites in Manhattan.
