Our team’s strict reporting procedures mean that you will receive regular status updates, including a summary of each phase’s progress, resource hours used so far, and where the current spend is versus budget. Primarily, we follow the PRINCE2 methodology for individual projects and all members of our projects team are PRINCE2 certified.

No project too big or too small

When planning your project, we will estimate the amount of resource required based on similar work and projects that we have completed in the past. As we have a focus on Financial Services we are aware of all the current trends in IT that could affect your business.

We have over 13 years of experience in implementing new technology, but when we assess your project, we’ll identify which of your existing technology can continue to be utilised in the future. This will reduce your costs, as we will only charge you for the time used, and not necessarily for all new hardware and software.
