It’s been a great year at Tribeca, full of achievements, both internally and through supporting our clients. Let’s look at some of our highlights.
The sales team had a busy year, surpassing targets and achieving significant milestones, including the onboarding of over 20 new clients, and maintaining an impressive client retention rate of over 95%.
This year we also welcomed 22 new faces, globally, each contributing value across all departments.
The growth and expansion of our team signify our commitment to excellence.
Our apprenticeship scheme continued to thrive, with the recruitment of 5 new apprentices in 2023, marking our most substantial intake to date.
They have all settled in well, seamlessly integrating into the team, with the help of our internal trainer. We are looking forward to supporting them on their career paths with us.
As part of our commitment to education, one of our core values, every employee has access to an annual training budget. This year our team completed 34 new qualifications, including Microsoft certifications and CISSP qualifications, enhancing our capabilities to better support our clients.
Tribeca received well-deserved recognition this year, being nominated as finalists for over 6 prestigious awards, including SME National Business Awards and the Lloyds Bank Business Excellence Awards.
We won Best MSP at the Hedge Week and Private Equity Wire European Credit Awards, along with Private Sector Business at the East Kent Apprentice Awards.
They are a true reflection of the dedication of the entire team at Tribeca.

This year, we proudly started supporting Abigail’s Footsteps, sponsoring, and attending their annual gala.
The professional services team experienced growth with more Project Managers and Engineers, alongside a new Quality Manager role. Their combined efforts totalled 14,000 hours, covering 139 client projects, including proactive security and cloud projects, infrastructure upgrades, and other projects ranging from data migrations to office moves.
The Service Desk remained busy, resolving 50,000 tickets with an impressive response time of under 25 minutes and an average resolution time of under an hour.
The cloud platform team successfully migrated 20 clients to public cloud solutions, making their estates more efficient and cost-effective.
As we reflect on the truly great year, we anticipate onboarding new clients and continuing to add value to our existing clients in 2024.
