The service desk team at Tribeca are arguably some of our most important employees.  They are the first port of call for our clients when they have an issue that needs to be resolved, quickly.

Our service desk team are Tribeca employees, all based at our Head Office in Kent. 

There are many benefits to having an in-house service team including communication, integration, team training and active involvement in key issues.


The team work together, all the time, and therefore communication is key to their success. 

By being an in-house team and working next to each other they can easily discuss and review issues and ensure that the client gets a timely response.


Training has always and will always be an important part of working at Tribeca, from apprenticeship schemes through to senior management.  We use internal and external training officers and ensure that all employees are trained to a high standard. 

As we are a bespoke IT service we have to guarantee that all of our engineers are trained and well-educated in each of our clients business structure and required technology to operate successfully.

Good training coupled with the teams understanding of the Alternative Investment sector means that they are always best placed to manage all client requirements and issues.

Ticket resolution:

The team currently receives around two hundred tickets per day.  Resolution will vary depending on the type of issue but by being in-house they are able to identify either the right route to go down to solve the problem but also when to escalate and who to escalate to.
