You’ll be responsible for:
- Escalations from the helpdesk
- Troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues for our client base
You will be troubleshooting and configuring:
- Exchange and 365
- Windows OS
- VMware & vShpere servers
- VOIP phones

You’ll join a team that prioritises quality and maintaining good relationships with users. That means a happier day for you. Your success will be defined by KPIs focused on:
- Quality notes
- First-time fixes
- Good feedback from users
You’ll have regular one to ones with your manager, where you can discuss objectives, and how to go to third-line and beyond.

To qualify for this position you will need experience supporting Microsoft Windows and active directory. You’ll also need some exposure to virtualisation, networking, and server administration.
