Working at Tribeca, you’ll be supporting small businesses in the Financial Services sector, such as hedge funds and family offices. They understand IT is an investment, and value your input. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Escalations from the helpdesk
  • Troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues for our client base

You will be troubleshooting and configuring:

  • Switches
  • Routers
  • Firewalls
  • SANs
  • LANs
  • Exchange and 365
  • Windows OS
  • VMware & vShpere servers
  • VOIP phones

We promise there will be plenty of opportunities to learn, and our internal trainer will fill in any gaps. If you’re still hungry for more, we also provide a budget for training and conferences you want to attend.

You’ll join a team that prioritises quality and maintaining good relationships with users. That means a happier day for you. Your success will be defined by KPIs focused on:

  • Quality notes
  • First-time fixes
  • Good feedback from users

You’ll have regular one to ones with your manager, where you can discuss objectives, and how to go to third-line and beyond.

We are working from home at the moment and you will be too for some time. Once we deem it to be safe you will resume working a strong portion of your time from London, however, we will not make that decision until it is genuinely safe.

We appreciate you might have found 2020 really stressful and want to reassure you that both our client base and our own business have been able to continue operating, nearly completely business as usual, from home. We have experienced an increased workload as a business and have not had to cut hours for any of our staff. We can provide you the stable environment you need right now. HR is also calling staff on a regular basis, and managers are carrying out regular one to ones via Teams.
