You’ll be joining a small team distributed across London and New York with well-established processes and templates, and an administrator who can help you keep on top of tasks so you can focus on what you do best.
We like to know where we can improve, so we have a great understanding of our stats, which means we can talk to you about how many calls makes a sale, and so on. You’ll also be part of the process to expand the global sales team in 2021.
It’s a playful and very supportive team, with a real focus on improvement. We want to make sure you are a happy and healthy member of the team, however we can.
The team keeps in touch and in the loop, through:
- Daily team calls
- Roleplay sessions
- Call reviews
- IT training sessions
- One to One meetings with the Sales Manager

You’ll be selling to decision-makers in Financial Services. We have the data in our CRM and you’ll be calling them to set up a meeting to launch the sales process. It’s a full cycle, and typically takes 3 months.
