Make people’s lives easier, by bringing them on to an IT service that works for them.
You’ll be responsible for on-boarding new clients who’ve signed contracts to take us on as their managed service provider. You’ll process multiple onboarding’s at once, meeting the client before auditing their setups and migrating them to our services. You’ll often be working with third parties too, including their current IT provider.
You’ll be joining the fastest growing team in the business. You’ll work alongside 4 other engineers, an administrator who is on hand to help you keep on top of the workload, and report to the head of your department. The wider business is global and growing and has won two awards for being “Employer of the Year” as well as being runner up in a third.
You’ll be working closely with the sales team, who will handover new clients they’re bringing on board so you can carry out the process to bring the client onboard to our managed services. You’ll help develop the process as a whole, so we can continue providing the best possible service to our clients. As much as possible that will be virtual until it’s safe to begin regular face to face meetings again.
You’ll also have a lot of documentation and reports to produce. You’ll have a close relationship with our internal trainer so they can deliver training sessions on the new clients to the IT Support team.
Success is measured by the speed and quality of the onboarding’s you complete. You’ll be trained by the person who is in the role currently, but they are remaining in the team in a new position, so will be there for the entire time you settle into the role.
We are working from home at the moment and you will be too for some time. We appreciate you might have found this year really stressful, and want to reassure you that both our client base and ourselves have been able to continue operating, nearly completely business as usual, from home. We have experienced an increased workload as a business, and have not had to cut hours for any of our staff. We can provide you the stable environment you need right now. We are working hard to help staff stay safe, have virtual social events, groups of staff that play online games together, and a weekly team call. HR is also calling staff on a regular basis, and managers are carrying out regular one to ones via Teams.
