You’ll be responsible for:
- Escalations from the helpdesk
- Troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues for our client base
You will be troubleshooting and configuring:
- Exchange and 365
- Windows OS
- VMware & vShpere servers
- VOIP phones
You’ll join a team that prioritises quality and maintaining good relationships with users. That means a happier day for you. Your success will be defined by KPIs focused on:
- Quality notes
- First-time fixes
- Good feedback from users
We promise there will be plenty of opportunities to learn, and our internal trainer will fill in any gaps. You’ll have regular one to ones with your manager, where you can discuss objectives, and hard work will be rewarded with chances to move up within the company to go to Second-line and beyond.
A strong portion of your time will be spent at client sites in London and all travel to client sites which will be covered by us.
