We’re absolutely delighted to discover that we’ve been selected as a Finalist in the Employer of the Year category at the Kent Excellence in Business Awards (KEiBA) 2019. This year’s winners will be announced at the KEiBA gala evening on Thursday, 20 June 2019.
The announcement follows a thorough face-to-face interview and inspection of our head office, conducted by the KEiBA judges. During this process we carry out a valuable analysis of our company’s performance, which contributes to our annual strategic planning.
The KEiBAs say a lot about the quality of an organisation and the strength of its management team. These awards attract entries from a wide variety of sectors, with the winners having proved that they’re all excellent at what they do.
Being announced as a KEiBA Finalist produces a positive effect for our company, as our staff feel recognised for their contribution to our business. Subsequently, this boosts their morale, motivation and retention. We also find that announcements such as this help us to impress potential clients and recruitment candidates.
This great news arrives hot on the heels of our recent Inspire Schools’ Partnership Award and SBA Employer of the Year accolade. We were also included within MegaGrowth 50 2019 as the fastest growing IT MSP for the second consecutive year.
