This year more than ever, working with your clients across the world, unified communications was important. Whether looking at instant messaging and video conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, file services like Microsoft OneDrive or Egnyte or even providing employees with a virtual desktop, we gave continuous guidance and structure to our clients.
Cloud Computing.
The cloud is important for businesses for many reasons including lower operating costs, improved efficiency, and increased collaboration with employees. Different types of clouds are suited to different businesses with varying workloads and different patterns of work.
Knowing which route to go down can be tricky and Tribeca have provided quality IT support to our financial services clients advising them on the three main types of cloud computing services – IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
Operating as your dedicated business partner and seen as an extension of our clients’ teams we have throughout the year provided consistent quality and proactive assistance to help our clients grow and protect their business.
Awards.
Back in April this year we were humbled to have received four nominations in the 2021 BizX Forum and Awards! Our nominations included ‘Fastest Growing Company’, ‘Best Service Based’, ‘Best Business Growth’ and last but not least, Mark Instance was nominated for ‘CEO of the Year’.
We were genuinely thrilled to be finalists in these categories and equally proud and honoured to have been crowned winners of the ‘Best Overall Business’ in a category with such strong competition from so many incredible businesses.
Education and charity.
As a technology business, education is key to providing an exceptional level of service to our clients and pivotal to our growth. We began our apprenticeship scheme 10 years ago, over time we have taken on 22 apprentices, many of whom still work for Tribeca, and this year we hired another 5 new apprentices.
We take education so seriously that it is one of our core values and embedded in our business culture. This is what also drew us to partner with B1G1 and the impact on education around the world through the charitable work they offer. This year we were really proud to be recognised as B1G1 featured giver.
The whole team at Tribeca have taken this initiative seriously and we have provided the highest number of days of access to education through their platform.
We also hit 1 million positive worldwide impacts with B1G1 which was a huge milestone for us and represents our continued commitment to worldwide causes.
Our support teams will have a well deserved day off on Christmas Day but other than that we continue to support our clients 24/7 with our follow the sun support services.
