Prior to founding Tribeca Technology, Mark had accumulated a wealth of experience within the Hedge Fund sector working as Global Head of IT at a fund with offices in London, Toronto, New York, Sao Paulo, Singapore and Hong Kong. Since launching Tribeca, Mark has continually developed his team's ability and the quality of the systems Tribeca employs. We are confident you will not find a better IT service delivery or user experience within the Financial Sector. Mark enjoys skiing, motor sports and spending quality time with his family.
Ian joined Tribeca in 2007 as its first technical appointment. He has been responsible for designing many of Tribeca's products, such as our Online Backups solution 'Tribeca Datasafe' and also Tribeca's Virtual Disaster Recovery suite. A graduate of Hull University, widely recognised as one of the big three universities in East Yorkshire :-), Ian is also a VMware Certified Professional and has designed and implemented VMware environments for many of our clients. When not at the office (which is rare), Ian likes to spend time with his two young daughters and is a keen follower of Liverpool Football Club.
Claire joined Tribeca in 2010 with over 10 years of experience coordinating the customer service operation of a large insurance company. She now manages Tribeca's Accounts Department. Claire and her team are responsible for the accounting functions within the global group of Tribeca companies. Claire also forms part of the Senior Management Team, helping to shape the future of the company and ensuring alignment to the company core values. Away from the office, Claire enjoys spending time with her young family, reading, baking and leading a local Scout group.
James joined Tribeca in September 2012 as a Second Line Engineer. James was later promoted to a Third Line Engineer and more recently took the role of Support Manager. Alongside the management of the team, he is also responsible for scheduling and ensuring the smooth running of the helpdesk. James is also actively involved in Third Line Support. In his free time, James enjoys travelling and reading.
Jason joined Tribeca in May 2016 as a First Line Engineer. Jason was soon promoted to First Line Team Leader and works very closely with the Support Manager to ensure the smooth running of the helpdesk. Jason is also involved in the incident management process and strives to ensure the best possible customer experience. In his free time, Jason enjoys music, film, and travelling.
Luke joined Tribeca in 2017 as a New Business Consultant but has actually spent the majority of his career in customer service and managerial roles. He has completed his Prince 2 qualification and also has a Level 5 certificate in Business Support Consultation. Outside of work Luke enjoys spending time with his young family and, being quite competitive, takes part in Tribeca’s weekly football match as well taking every opportunity to improve upon his fitness.
Yasmine joined Tribeca in 2014 as an apprentice and has since progressed into leading the HR and recruitment functions, and is now CIPD qualified. She has been responsible for updating and running internal processes and provides managers with practical advice. Yasmine also maintains relationships with educational providers to supplement our work experience and apprenticeship schemes. In her free time, Yasmine enjoys cooking, going hiking and swimming. She frequently makes trips to Turkey to visit family.
Rob joined Tribeca in 2017 when we decided to expand our marketing department as part of our international business drive. He has 20 years of global marketing and communications management experience, having worked within the retail and finance sectors. Prior to this, he worked in Media for 10 years at three of the top five agencies. Rob’s pastimes include having fun and travelling with his family, playing football regularly and enjoying both performing and visual arts.
Sean Joined Tribeca in 2018 as our first Service Delivery Manager to enhance our continuous service improvement roadmap. Prior to joining Tribeca Sean had a thirty-year career at a large pan European Ferry company as Application support and Service Delivery Manager. He has gained many qualifications during his career with the latest being Prince 2, Agile Project management and ITIL certifications. Sean’s interests include spending time with his family, cycling, fishing and skiing.
